Shipping Methods

For orders shipped within the U.S., we usually ship by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the weight of the package or the shipping address. For orders shipped outside the U.S., we ship by U.S.P.S. Air Mail. If you want a different shipping method, please let us know and we will give you the additional shipping costs.

Shipping Times

When the merchandise is in stock in our store, we ship within two business days. If the merchandise is not in stock but on order, it may take about 8-10 business days before shipping out, but sometimes longer. If we are notified by the manufacturer that an item is backordered (meaning, it will take longer than 10 business days or will not be available until a specific date), we will inform you by email, so please be sure your email is correct.

Backorders

We will notify you as soon as we know an item is backordered. At that time you may let us know if you want to wait or cancel the backorder. We are not always told by the manufacturers that an item is backordered, but as soon as we receive it, your order will be sent.

Order Confirmations

We will email you a personal confirmation to let you know if we have the merchandise in stock, on order or backordered. If you don't receive a personal confirmation within 2-3 days, there is a problem with the email address you put on the order, so please contact us to verify that your order went through and to correct your email address.

Shipping and Handling Costs

If the total weight of your order is heavy and bulky, we will e-mail you the revised S+H costs if there are any.
Orders shipped outside the USA, may be subject to additional taxes by their country, and these costs will not be covered by our company.

We bill the following shipping/handling charges per item. All shipping/handling charges are in U.S. dollars. Currency conversions are handled automatically by your credit card company when you place your order.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories - $12.00 first item; $7.00 each additional item

Military Addresses APO/FPO - $12.00 first item; $7.00 each additional item

Overseas Shipping - $22.00 first item; $12.00 each additional item
