Shipping and Handling Costs
We ship our packages by
U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail or by UPS Ground, depending on the weight of the package. It's usually our decision which postal
service we select, unless you have a preference.
Shipping and Handling costs are $7.00 for the 1st item and $3.00 for each
additional item for shipping within the United States, unless the merchandise is
heavy and bulky*.*If the total weight of your order
is extremely heavy, we will e-mail the revised shipping costs
if there are any. If you prefer a
quicker shipping method, the
shipping will cost
more. In this case, please contact us by phone, e-mail, fax or write this
under the "Special Instructions" on the order form to let us know. We will then
email you the additional shipping costs once the merchandise is weighed.
Shipping Times
When the merchandise is in stock in our store, we ship within two business
days. If the merchandise is not in stock but on order, it may take about 8-10 business days
before shipping out, but sometimes longer. If we are notified by the
manufacturer that an item is backordered
(meaning, it will take longer than 10 business days or will not be available
until a specific date), we will inform you by email, so please be sure your
email is correct. Backorders
We will notify you as soon as we know an item is backordered. At that time
you may let us know if you want to wait or cancel the backorder. We are not
always told by the manufacturers that
an item is backordered, but as soon as we receive it, your order will be
sent.
Order Confirmations
We will email you a personal confirmation to let you know if we have
the merchandise in stock, on order or backordered. If you don't receive a personal
confirmation within 2-3 days, there is a problem with the email address you put
on the order, so please contact us to verify that your order went through and to
correct your email address.
